* When booking power flushing the following terms & conditions shall apply..

The heating system MUST be deemed suitable for power flushing and excludes systems with 8mm & 10mm pipework, (These pipe sizes are suitable for chemical cleaning only).

* Any corroded radiators cannot be flushed and "unsafe" boilers will be isolated from the Gas supply in accordance with GAS SAFETY REGULATIONS.

* Power flushing surveys are booked in advance and are free with this promotion' full clear access to all radiators must be granted .

* Corroded radiators must be replaced and incorrect pipework must be rectified prior to any flushing taking place' new radiator/s will be isolated whilst the old installations are cleaned.

* professional equipment is used to accurately diagnose any issues with each radiator or pipework sections' you are under no obligation to utilise the services of pflushpro after your free survey service has been carried out.
